Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

All original tags, accessories, and manuals (if applicable) are included

To begin a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return request.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Opened or used beauty and personal care products

Health and wellness products that have been opened or used

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Products without original packaging or missing accessories

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using an appropriate refund method.

If your order was paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), our customer support team will contact you to arrange the refund.

Exchanges

We are happy to replace items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return according to this policy after delivery.
